The Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) has noted the letter of clarification written by Engr. Badmos to the National Chairman (Prince Tony Momoh) in which he denied any knowledge of the litigation against the CPC by Senator Rufa’I Hanga and his band of renegades.
It would be recalled that Senator Hanga has continually listed Engr Badmos as one of the litigants that are desirous of laying claim to positions in the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Party. The inordinate ambition of this group suffered yet another set-back with the formal denial in a hand-written statement to the National Chairman.
The National Management Committee of the CPC has therefore rescinded the expulsion order on Engr. Badmos. He remains an important member and leader of the Party.
