We the Alhaji Mujahid Abubakr Dokubo Asari led Niger Delta People Salvation Front cum the Niger Delta People Volunteer Force (NDPSF/NDPVF) do bring to the notice of the Nigerian President, His Excellency Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, the Minister of Justice,Barrister, Mohammad Bello Adoke (SAN), the Inspector General of Police, Alhaji Mohammed Dahiru Abubakar, The National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Mohammad Sambo Dasuki (rtd.) The Director General of the State Security Service (SSS), Mr. Ita Ekpeyong and to all relevant National and International legal,human rights,civil society and security organizations and agencies amongst others the gruesome Extra judicial murder of one of our senior member and brother, Comrade Tony Moro by men of the Joint Military Task Force (JTF) working in concert with one renowned oil bunkering Kingpin and hotelier, Chief Jonathan Deregbengha Governor who ordered Comrade Tony Moro murder over unsubstantiated claims.
Comrade Tony Moro who had gone to visit Chief Jonathan Deregbengha Governor over a telephone invitation by Chief Jonathan Deregbengha Governor who had levied unsubstantiated allegations against Comrade Tony Moro.Comrade Tony Moro who vehemently denied the allegations was murdered at the Chief’s instance by power drunk Joint Military Task Force Officers believing to be on Chief Jonathan Deregbengha Governor’s Pay roll.
We hold that this Extra judicial murder of Comrade Tony Moro, a respectable Family Man, a well known and celebrated Ijaw Musician cannot be and will not be allowed to be swept
under the carpet.We hold that this despicable application of Jungle Justice by Chief Jonathan Deregbengha Governor and the security agents working on his behalf will be totally resisted and challenged by every means necessary as no one have the right to take another Man’s life without recourse to the Law.
We demand the immediate arrest of Chief Jonathan Derengbengha Governor and the murderous security officers who executed the murder by his Authority.
We also demand the immediate release of Comrade Tony Moro corpse to his family for proper burial amongst others.
We which to make it emphatic that WE DEMAND JUSTICE or else we shall have no other option but resort to Self Help.
