Anambra state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC )has described the recent defection of the member representing Orumba North and South Federal Constituency Hon Chinwe Nnabuife from the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA)as a testament of the party’s strong hold on the political structure in area.
The party further stated that Anambra is fast connecting to the center ; a development that goes to represent the homogeneity of the support by the electorates.
“Our great party has always been populist oriented and has continued to interface with our people in Anambra state with the massive infrastructural development ongoing in the state on the account of the policies and programs of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu administration”
“This is made manifest in the recent defection of Hon Chinwe Nnabuife from APGA to the APC and it further brings to the fore the capacity of the Anambra state APC to deliver our Presidential candidate President Ahmed Bola Tinubu come 2027 general election as well as all the candidates of the party from top to bottom”
He reiterated the gratitude of the party to the Governor of Imo state Sen Hope Uzodimma and the National Working Committee( NWC) for steering the ship of the party through the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu reelection pointing out that the recent entrance of the lawmaker to the party is one of the dividends.
“This mile stone is one that goes to reecho the capacity of our Governor General ; His Excellency Sen Hope Uzodimma in galavanting and harmonizing the structures of our great party in the South East and beyond towards the re-election of Mr President and the delivery of all the candidates of the party across board “
“The party also commends the National Working Committee of the party for it’s leadership qualities in shadowing the the strong hold of the party in the South East and the the country in general “
Continuing, Anosike stated that;” To this end, the All Progressives Congress APC in Anambra state welcomes our sister Hon Chinwe Nnabuife to the party and the party urges her to remain focused in her vision towards taking our state to the center “
“The party also welcomes the structures of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Orumba North and South local government area who saw the wisdom in collapsing into the ruling party at the center and the party is pleased to have them become part of the journey towards returning President Ahmed Bola Tinubu back to Aso Rock ” he said.
