Abuja, Nigeria – In a bid to revitalize the education sector in the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Hon. Obinna Simon, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate for Chairmanship, has unveiled a comprehensive plan to transform basic education in the territory.

Simon, who has been campaigning on a platform of change, stated that the current state of education in AMAC is unacceptable and requires a new approach. “AMAC, as the heart of Nigeria, deserves an education system that reflects the best,” he said.

The SDP candidate’s vision includes ending systemic neglect in public education, providing lasting solutions to strike actions, creating modern learning environments, and drastically reducing the number of out-of-school children.

“We need a change in the leadership of AMAC,” Simon emphasized. “A change that will prioritize education and put the needs of our children first.”

Simon’s plan has been welcomed by many in the community, who are eager for a new direction in AMAC. The outcome of the upcoming election is seen as crucial for the future of education in the territory.

The SDP candidate’s commitment to education reform is expected to be a key factor in the election, as voters look for a leader who can deliver tangible results.
