Muzzy World Sets to Light Up Anambra This Festive Season

The Muzzy World Entertainment Centre, Nibo, in Awka South Local Government Area of Anambra State, has intensified preparations ahead of the 2025 Christmas and New Year celebrations, positioning itself to offer residents, returnees and visitors a premium and memorable festive experience.

The Management of the Centre made this known over the week while taking newsmen on a guided tour of its expansive and well-equipped facility, where it showcased a wide range of modern amenities designed to cater for relaxation, entertainment, fitness and social gatherings during the yuletide season.

Facilities at the Centre include a fully equipped gym, swimming pool, club lounge, event hall, spa, salon, cyber café, event hall, bar, snooker section, barbecue spot, smoothie and shawarma stands, assorted food and drink services, as well as exclusive relaxation areas such as the Majesty Bar for guests who desire privacy.

The entire facility is supported by a reliable 24-hour power supply powered by solar energy, with diesel backup to ensure uninterrupted services at all times.

Speaking shortly after the tour, the Manager of Muzzy World Entertainment Centre, Mrs. Amarachi Ekweozor, said the festive season remains a special period for families, friends and loved ones to reconnect, bond and create lasting memories, further declaring that the Centre is fully prepared to satisfactorily meet the expectations of its guests.

According to her, the Centre has been tastefully decorated for Christmas, while staff across all departments have been placed on full readiness to deliver quality and professional services to the customers as usual throughout the season.

“We are 100 percent ready. From the decorations to our facilities and staff, everything is in place. This is a season of love, celebration and togetherness; and we are fully prepared to receive our guests and give them wonderful and unforgettable memories,” she said.

Mrs. Ekweozor disclosed that a series of activities and entertainment programmes have been lined up from December 25, 2025, through January 2026, featuring live performances by musicians, celebrities and entertainers.

According to her, the Centre will host a Christmas Day celebration on December 25, featuring games, fun activities and gift presentations to guests. This will be followed by a reggae event on December 27, marking an anniversary celebration of reggae music in the industry; while on December 30th, a highlife music show will take centre stage, with renowned highlife artiste, Ifeadigo, billed to perform live. She also confirmed that another programme has been scheduled for January 1, 2026, to usher guests into the new year.

While declining to fully disclose the items to be won by guests during the festive activities, the Manager hinted that “wonderful gifts” would be given out as part of the Centre’s effort to spread joy and appreciation to its customers.

On security, Mrs. Ekweozor assured that the safety of guests remains a top priority to them, explaining that the Centre has strengthened its security architecture for the festive season.

“We don’t only rely only on our internal security personnel, especially this festive season; we also involve armed security operatives. So guests should be rest assured that their safety is fully guaranteed. There is no room for chaos or casualty here; your security is 100 percent assured,” she emphasized.

When asked what sets Muzzy World apart from other entertainment hubs in Awka South and beyond, Mrs. Ekweozor noted that the Centre’s guiding philosophy, captured in its slogan “Comforts With Class,” reflects its commitment to premium service delivery, serene environment and exclusivity.

“In terms of facilities, ambience and services, this is one of the best entertainment centres not just in Awka South, but in Anambra State as a whole. Everything you need to relax, unwind and enjoy yourself is available here,” she said.

She also clarified that despite the premium nature of its services, Muzzy World remains affordable and accessible to different categories of guests.

“Our services are very affordable. Both low-income and high-income earners can find something suitable here. Of course, the quality is premium, but our pricing is reasonable,” she added.

On staffing and professionalism of workers, the Manager noted that the Centre prides itself on professionalism, courtesy and quality service delivery, adding that staff members are well-trained and committed to maintaining high standards.

Mrs. Ekweozor further revealed that Muzzy World Entertainment Centre was established on January 5, 2021, and has since maintained smooth operations, hosting several notable celebrities and entertainers over the years. According to her, among those who have visited or performed at the Centre include Chief Imo, White Money, Omah Lay, Zubby Michael and Destiny Etiko, among others.

She explained that the Centre’s location at the heart of Nibo, near Eke Nibo, makes it easily accessible to guests coming from Awka and surrounding communities, noting that it is easily locatable via digital maps.

On power supply, she reaffirmed that uninterrupted electricity is guaranteed through a combination of solar power, public electricity supply and diesel-powered backup systems, ensuring that events and activities are never disrupted. He further invited prospective returnees and fun seekers to come a have the beautiful taste of Muzzy World Entertainment this season.

Corroborating the Manager’s remarks, the Supervisor of the Centre, Mr. Nwoye Jonas Chinedu, reaffirmed that Muzzy World is not new to handling peak festive seasons, and further attested that the Management has put all necessary structures in place to ensure that guests are comfortable, entertained and well catered for at the Centre.

Mr. Nwoye described the Centre as an outstanding entertainment hub within Nibo and Awka South, driven by the vision of its Management to “make life worthy of living” through comfort, class and quality service.

The Supervisor further revealed that the Centre will mark its fifth anniversary in February 2026, noting that several programmes have been lined up to celebrate the milestone, details of which will be unveiled in due course.

Addressing concerns about emergency preparedness, he disclosed that fire safety equipment at the Centre has been recently serviced and strategically positioned, assuring that the management is fully conscious of safety risks and proactive in preventing emergencies.

He commended the cooperation and professionalism of staff members, noting that teamwork and dedication remain key strengths of the Centre’s operations.

With its blend of premium facilities, robust security, uninterrupted power supply, affordable services and a packed festive entertainment schedule, Muzzy World Entertainment Centre appears set to be a major hub for yuletide celebrations in Nibo, Awka South, and Anambra State at large.
