Authorities of Crystal Garden Estate, Onitsha, Anambra state, property developers have declared that their greatest joy is to see their business partners smiling to the banks with their legitimate proceeds accruing from their business partnership.

This they said is because there are many opportunities abound in their line of businesses between them as property developers, their realtors and their potential customers.

Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Crystal Garden Estate, Ambassador Kelvin Simeon Chukwu who disclosed this in Onitsha, during their 10th anniversary of existence during which Crystal Garden Estate empowered no fewer than its 14 realtors for their positive contributions so far, said he is joyful that so many persons have benefited immensely from the company’s honest business endeavour.

Flanked by other executive members of the company and their Ambassadors, Chukwu maintained that through the Crystal Garden Estate, so many personalities have become rich in terms of acquiring some landed properties and developing them into residential houses in an effort to fill the vacuum created by housing deficits in various parts of the country.

On the spate of arbitrary increase in house rents by those he identified as some shylock landlords, Chukwu urged government at all levels to come to the rescue of tenants most of whom are not able to cope up with the country’s present economic quagmire.

The CEO explained that government intervention by way of enacting a legislation against unregulated property agents and Shylock landlords will assist in no small measure in curtailing the worrisome situation in the country, even as he revealed further that this ugly situation has prompted his bid to assist tenants to become landlords through the establishment of Crystal Garden Estate that has according to him turned scores of tenants to land and car owners.

“Today we presented 14 cars as empowerment to our hard working realtors.There is no free launch. What ever you achieve know it that it is a new beginning and as such you don’t need to relax, you should push higher. It is sweeter if you get higher”, he disclosed.

Tracing the history of the estate 10 years ego, Chukwu recalled that, “The journey to Crystal Garden Estate development has been tasking, but it is part of life, the pressure, we embraced them all and found solution.”

One of the lucky winners of the cars, Sunday Emmanuel, said, “I am so happy being part of those who won cars in Crystal Garden Estate, addibg, last year December, I saw people who won cars and I said to myself, you must win a car this year in Crystal Garden Estate and today God has made it possible for me”.

“In Crystal Garden Estate you must be hard working, dedicated and focused for you to win a car or own a property. They never promise or say something and fail to fulfill whatever they promised. They are reliable and trustworthy,” he stated.

Among the resource persons/those who graced the occasion included, a transport magnet, Chief Godwin Ubaka Okeke, Chairman of G.U.O Motors Limited, Dr. Cosmas Maduka, Chairman of Coscharis Group; Anambra state House of Assembly lawmaker, Hon. Jude Umennajiego; Anambra State chairman of Civil Liberties Anambra Organization, CLO, Comrade Vincent Ezekwueme, among others.

In his lecturer, Chief Godwin Okeke identified hardwork, resilience, patience and prayers as some of the necessary ingredients that must sure catapult someone to a higher height in life.
