All Progressives Congress, APC stalwarts ìn Anambra state have assured Anambrarians that the party would soon bring to an end the current domineering era of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA ìn the state by voting them out during the forthcoming November 8 gubernatorial election.

They therefore urged Ndi Anambra to remain patient, prayerful, hopeful and watchful as they bid Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s APGA government farewell in few months time.

Chief Basil Ejidike, State Chairman of APC; Engr. John Bosco Onunkwo, Chairman of the state APC Reconciliation Committee, Hon. Arinzechukwu Awogu, National Coordinator of Ikemba Front and Chief Felix Unigwe, a stalwart in the party made the assertions in Onitsha, during a Thanksgiving Mass for Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, the Governorship candidate of the party.

According to Ejidike, Onunkwo, Awogu and Unigwe, APC has watched with utter disappointment APGA’s poor performances over the years and has decided to brush them aside to renew Ndi Anambra’s hope by reconnecting them to the nenewed agenda.

They contended that every electioneering year, APGA has been championship Ojukwu’s name to deceive the gullible electorate into voting for the party and it’s candidate only to be disappointed at the end of the day, adding that this time around, APC will break the shackles of APGA antics.

Specifically, while Ejidike maintained that APC in the state wants to be reconnected to the main stream particularly as a result of non performance by Soludo administration, Onunkwo said the combination of Ukachukwu and Iyom Uche Ekwunife which he described as enigma and cohesive bondage, would be of immense assistance for APC to cruise to victory.

Awogu said he is optimistic that his coordinated Ikemba Front would boost the chances of APC during the election, just as Unigwe dismissed speculations making the rounds that President Tinubu endorsed Soludo during his state visit to Anambra, adding: “Tinubu did not endorse Soludo. He only called him a friend and a thinker”.
