The Christian and Muslim Awareness Forum for Good Governance, under the leadership of Mr. Lamoni Danji, has urged Hon. Ali Isah JC, Member Representing Balanga Billiri Federal Constituency and Minority Whip, to contest for the Governorship of Gombe State in 2027. The forum, which advocates for good governance and unity, cited Hon. Ali Isah JC’s exemplary service and leadership track record as key factors in their call.
Mr. Lamoni Danji emphasized that the people of Gombe South should set aside tribal and religious differences in supporting Hon. Ali Isah JC, stressing that his candidacy would bring about much-needed change and progress for the state. “Politics should not be about emotions, but about service to the people. The people of Gombe South have never been discriminatory, and now is the time for us to unite for a common cause,” Danji said.
Highlighting Hon. Ali Isah JC’s achievements, Danji pointed to his dedicated service to his constituency, as well as his commitment to addressing the challenges facing the people of Gombe State. Further, the Christian and Muslim Awareness Forum called on the people of Gombe State to rally behind the “Youth O’clock Project” for 2027. The initiative, aimed at empowering young people and encouraging their active participation in governance, was described as a crucial step toward building a brighter future for the state.
In a final appeal, Danji urged the people of Gombe to join forces in supporting a leadership that prioritizes good governance, unity, and the development of the state.
