The operatives of Agụnechemba security outfit, popularly known as Operation Udo Ga-Achị, have arrested no fewer than seven persons for different crimes bordering on fraud and other related crimes in Anambra State.
The operatives made the arrest at Nando, Anambra East Local Government Area of the state where the suspects were said to be camped at a centre, where they were being taught how to indulge in internet fraud among other related crimes that fuel get-rich-quick syndrome.
Speaking in an interview, the video of which has gone viral on social media, one of the suspects and student of the centre, 16-year-old Chiemerie from Imo State, who confessed to have been at the camp for one month, also confessed that the owner of the camp, identified as Ezechukwu also prepares different kinds of luck charms for the youth at the different prices.
Some other arrested suspects, who are between 16-19 years also confessed to the crime. The background voice accompanying the video, however, did not reveal whether or not the herbalist and owner of the centre was also arrested during the operation.
