Joint Border Patrol of Nigeria and Cameroon have reportedly thwarted attempts by the Black Marine to hoist the Biafran flag.
According to report, the group tried to sieze control of the oil rich maritime border during exchange of gunfire.
This is coming hours as the Biafra Republic Government in Exile declared independence in Finland.
