Gunmen Kidnap Another Spiritual Leader in Anambra, Riddle Man’s Car with Bullets (Video)

Barely two months yet-to-be-identified gunmen kidnapped the Founder and Spiritual Director of the Children of Light Anointing Ministries, Nkpor, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Prophet Onyebuchi Okocha (popularly known as Onyeze Jesus); another spiritual leader and Anglican priest in the state, Ven. David Arinze Ajaefobi, has been repeatedly kidnapped.

According to reports, Ven. Ajaefobi who is the Archdeacon of Oyi Central Archdeaconry and Vicar of St. James’ Parish, Awkuzu, in Oyi Local Government Area of the state, was kidnapped in the late hours of Saturday, October 26 at the entrance gate of his church.

It was gathered that the abductors of the priest are yet to reach out to his family, throwing his relatives, friends and church members into serious worry and uncertainty.

Reports further have it that the church has launched special intercessory prayer sessions for the priest, interceding for spiritual intervention and his safe release and return.

In a related development, the same night, some yet-to-be-identified armed men in Anambra State, riddled a car with unascertained number of bullets in attempt to rob its owner, simply

The incident reportedly happened at Nimo, Njikoka Local Government Area of the State, where the car owner, who was simply identified as Yankee, luckily managed to veer off and escape from his attackers amid gunshots.

This was corroborated by a video currently trending on social media, showing the victim and his bullet-riddled car in a scene that looks like a bush, where he reportedly veered to when he was escaping from his attackers.

When contacted by this reporter, the Spokesperson of the Anambra State Police Command, SP Ikenga Tochukwu, said there was no such report before him.
