The Nigeria Christian Corper’s Fellowship Alumni International has finalised plans to hold the first-ever global reunification of all Christian youth corpers in Nigeria and the diaspora in Abuja this month.
The inaugural NCCF Alumni gathering with the theme: “Now is the Time,” is organized in collaboration with the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) with, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, President, Christian Association of Nigeria ministering; and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) President, Bishop Francis Wale Oke, as a guest speaker, among other men of God.
According to a statement issued today by the General Coordinator of NCCF, Pastor Ayo Oluwalagba, the two-day program scheduled to take place at the National Christian Centre on Friday, September 20th and 21st is aimed at bringing together all Nigerian Christians who have ever served in the NYSC scheme since its inception in 1973 for the first-ever gathering.
They called on all Nigerian Christians both home and abroad who have ever gone through the NYSC program to avail themselves at the inaugural program, which is aimed at fostering national integration, providing opportunities for interconnection, and building fresh relationships in fostering a strong and united Nigeria with viable youth to stand in the gab on behalf of Nigeria.
“The program is classless and ageless, with no restrictions for all ex-Corp members, and it promises to be a glorious time in the presence of God, providing a shield for all categories of personalities regardless of social, economic, or religious status,” the statement added.
