Barely four years after its emergence, a viral video has resurged and resumed trending on social media, showing an alleged mentally challenged man preaching the Gospel to a pool of crowd in a Nigerian state.

The video, which originally emerged four years ago, in March 8, 2020, was said to have significantly impacted the lives of many who watched it, and also received widespread attention, including that of a popular philanthropist and Founder of the Kokun Foundation, who eventually facilitated the immediate rehabilitation of the mentally unstable man.

Preaching then in viral video, the hitherto mentally challenged man, who pulled a considerably large number of crowd of, shocked his ‘temporal congregation’ by the amount of sense his was making in the preaching and the correctness of his bible quotations and the English with which he preached.

“Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent before it is too late.

“When you die, you’ll face 2 Judges. Heaven is real, and Hell is also real. The choice is yours. You must choose whether you want to belong to God or to the devil,” he said.

He further warned his listeners against falling victims in the hands of some pastors whose job, he said, is to win souls for the devil, warning that such pastors abound in many churches today. He also warned the people to draw closer to God so that they can discern between the genuine and fake pastors.

His preaching sounded so spot-on to many viewers of the video that some of them were so touched and moved to start donating money to him while he was still preaching.

However, to the amazement of everyone, the man, thereafter, gave all the money donated to him to beggers on the street, saying that they needed it more than himself. He also advised everyone to seek first the kingdom and His righteousness, and also care more importantly for their souls and the whereabouts of their souls after this transitory life.
