Court denies Kanu’s application, grants him conditional privilege

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has on Thursday rejected the application filed by Council to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu seeking to transfer his client from the Department of State Services DSS holding facility to the Kuje correctional center.

The Court however held that three persons of the IPOB leader’s choice will be allowed to pay him visit at the DSS facility

The case has been adjourned to November 10 for hearing of Kanu’s application challenging the competence of the suit.
