COVID-19: Gov Sule Lifts Ban On Mosques, Churches, Tricycle For 2 Weeks

Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi Sule has lifted the ban on mosque, churches and tricycle operators for a period of two weeks.

The State Commissioner of Information, Culture and Tourism, Comrade Dogo Shammah disclosed this.

The spokesperson to the State Government extend the heartfelt sympathy of the Chief executive to the people of Ara and Udeni communities of Nasarawa Local Government whose communities were ravaged by flood disaster.

The Chun Mada, Gamu Yari admonished the people of the State on the use face mask at places of worship.

The archbishop of Lafia, Mathew Ishaya Audu insisted on the use of face mask in worship places especially the churches.

Muhammed Surajo,the leader of Jamatul Izalatul Bidi’a Wa Ikamatu Sunnah also admonished  Muslims in Nasarawa State to abide by constituted authorities.
