Former Governor of Kano state, Engr. Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso has vowed to revoke all contracts awarded by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje’s administration, describing them as white-elephant projects.

A top member of the Kwankwassiyya Movement who pleaded anonymity said Kwankwaso made the declaration in Abuja during a meeting with leaders of Kwankwassiyya Movement.
According to the source, “the meeting was designed to map out strategy on how to win the March 23 supplementary electio. Our leader is deploying enough resources to ensure that we win the re-run election and he vowed repeatedly that all the legacies of Ganduje must be rubbished.
“Our leader told us that already, he has discussed with Abba Kabir Yusuf and he has given him assurance that he is going to revoke all contracts awarded by Ganduje.
“You know Abba Kabir Yususf is his son-in-law, and he will listen to whatever he says. in fact, if PDP wins that re-run election, it is Kwankwaso that will be in charge, not Abba.
“So, I can assure you that, all the contracts awarded by Ganduje will not only be revoked, bit all is projects will be rubbished and his policies reversed, no matter how good they are,” the source said.
