Kwara LG Chairmen, Councilors Dump APC, Move To PDP
Loading ...All Local Government chairmen and councillors in Kwara State have defected from the All Progressives Congress, (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP).
This is coming barely 24 hours when the Kwara PDP members defected to APC.
Punch quoted the Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria, Kwara State chapter, Mr. Joshua Omokanye as saying,”All the 16 LG chairmen and all the councillors elected under APC have defected to the PDP.”
According to the newspaper, Omokanye spoke during a media briefing on the defection on Thursday in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.
