Obiano Redeploys 17 Perm Secs

Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State has approved the redeployment of 17 Permanent Secretaries to ministries and non-ministerial departments in the state.
This followed a directive issued on May 7, by the Head of Service, Barr Harry Udu, for proper finalisation of duties by those handling important state assignments in their previous posting.
According to Udu, the handover and take over formalities must be completed on or before May 11.
The permanent secretaries redeployed are: Mr E.N.C Ogbaji, Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters; Mr Pius Udo, State House of Assembly; Mr E.E.E Ezinado, Ministry of Agriculture and Mrs V.C Mgbemena, Ministry of Finance.
Others are Mr U.L Imoka, Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget; Mr Tony Ezenwaka, Ministry of Road Construction, Road Furniture and Maintenance; Mr D.C Okoli, Ministry of Commerce and Industries and Mr Emma Ude Akpeh, Ministry of Indigenous Artwork, Diaspora Affairs, Culture and Tourism.
The rest are Mr Daniel Ezeanwu, Ministry of Road, Rail and Water Transportation; Mr David Ofomata, Ministry of Social Welfare; Mr Nnameka Ohuoha, Office of the SSG; Mr Nwabueze Nwankwo, Ministry of Basic Education and Mrs Ezeanya, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
They also include, Mrs Pauline Nwandu, Ministry of Tertiary and Science Education; Mrs Carol Njaka, Office of the HOS (EPMS); Mrs Patricia Ezeaku, Ministry of Lands and Mrs Stephanie Keri-Uzo, Ministry of Youths Empowerment, Sports and Creative Economy.
