Fake Agrochemical Company Uncovered In Kano
Loading ...Kano state task force committee on fake and counterfeit products of the ministry of health has on Thursday discovered an illegal premises were fake agrochemical products are manufactured.
The illegal manufacturing outlet was uncovered at kwajalawa quarters in Tarauni local government area of the state.
According to the secretary of the committee, pharmacist samaila ciroma all the products, Generators, Grinding and milling machine, as well as the bulk of the fake agrochemical were confiscated by the committee and the premises has since been shut down.
In the same vain, the pharmaceutical inspection committee enforcement team has closed down five pharmaceutical outlet in the metropolis for lack of registration, sale of expired drugs and unethical practices which is against the ethics of the profession.
The committee advise the general public to desist from patronizing unregistered pharmaceutical outlets for their own good, and the general public is encouraged to patronize only well recognize and registered pharmaceuticals to get the best drugs and care.
Furthermore, the general public are advised to report any suspected illegal or unauthorized manufacturing activities in their communities to the ministry of health for prompt action.
