Owelle Abagana, Emma Nwude To Be Arraigned In Court Today

According to the information received, Emma Nwude is be arraigned alongside two other senior lawyers before Honorable Justice Dada for forgery and other fraud related offenses.
Available information indicates Emma Nwude used forged documents and another person’s company to obtain judgement with the intention of selling one of his confiscated properties to 7up and other.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] had confiscated numerous properties belonging to Emma Nwude, during the era of Nuhu Ribadu. The properties were confiscated following a charges on offenses related to ‘419’ – of which Emma Nwude was found guilty.
