Anambra Senate: “Peter Obi Behind Jankara Court Judgement” – Igwe APGA

Yesterday December 13, 2017, a High Court seated in Abuja gave a judgement declaring Dr. Obiora Okonkwo should be sworn in by the Senate as the Senator representing Anambra central district. The Court declared for the Senate president to swear Okonkwo into the senate chambers. This is as stalwarts [Igwe APGA] within the APGA describe the development asย Jankara Court Judgement obtained through the help of Peter Obi.

However cursory inquiry by 247ureports.com reveal that the Judgement of yesterday was considered a nullity by legal experts and by the events that had overtaken the court ruling.

As a caveat, Obiora Okonkwo in the period leading up to the election of 2015 had contested for the senatorial primary under the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] with Uche Ekwunife. At the conclusion of the primary exercise, the PDP ruled Uche Ekwunife had won the primary – and declared her the winner.ย Uche Ekwunife went on to win the Senatorial election for Anambra central senatorial seat.

Obiora Okonkwo was aggrieved. He believed he was rigged out by the PDP and Uche Ekwunife. He sought legal redress at the High Court. He asked for the courts to declared him the winner of the elections – and to order the Senate President to swear him in.

But shortly after the Uche Ekwunife’s victory, the tribunal nullified her victory and declared that another election be conducted. The case was rectified by the terminal court [Appeal Court] which also ruled that the Tribunal ruling holds. The Appeal Courts also ruled that PDP did not conduct a Primary election to select a senatorial candidate – and thus did not have a candidate in the election.

The court further ruled that the PDP would not be allowed to present a senatorial candidate for the election which was rescheduled to hold on January 13th 2018.

In talking to a former aide to Peter Obi, Chief Ben Obi [also known as Igwe APGA], he pointed blame at Peter Obi as being solely responsible for the ‘worthless’ jankara court judgement. “Peter Obi only wants to slowdown the energy behind the APGA planned festivity scheduled for today. Peter Obi knows that the APGA had scheduled to celebrate the landslide victory of APGA at the gubernatorial election of November 18, 2017. He wants to slow the momentum. But he is only showing his depth of desperation“, said Igwe APGA as he called on the general public to disregard the antics of a drowning politician – and come out en-mass to the celebration at the Ekwueme Square in Awka today [December 14th, 2017].

Peter Obi is suffering from his accumulated sins against humanity. During the just concluded gubernatorial campaign, Peter Obi sent his thugs to beat up the catechist of St. Madonna’sย Catholic Church in Agulu over comments allegedly credited to the catechist“. Igwe APGA made no apologies for what he described as spiritual afflictions that had descended on the former governor of Anambra State. He described Peter Obi as being possessed and acting out of control. “He is not with himself now“.

He cannot stop the spread of APGA to the entire south east. APGA gearing to take over the south east. Peter Obi knows we have the momentum now“.
