Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign (MASSOB) under the leadership of Uchenna Madu condemned the protest at American Embassy by ‘faceless group‘ called league of Africa Democratic lawyers lead by one John Oboh.
Loading ...The group said that lawyers have shown that they were nothing but charge and bail lawyers who does not know the meaning of Democracy, stressing how can well trained lawyer protest against a self determination group.
A statement by the National Director of Information Mr. Edeson Samuel asked ‘can these lawyers define the meaning of Democracy, it is a pity that these so called lawyers are paid by the federal government of Nigeria to go and protest’.
“A lawyer who has a chamber with case in the court cannot abandon his court case and go to protest because of #2000 he collected from the federal government. These So called league of African Democratic lawyers were formed and founded by federal government of Nigeria under president Mohammadu Buhari just like 1993 election when Association for better Nigeria (ABN) was formed to stop the most organized peaceful election in Nigeria”.
“MASSOB is asking John Oboh and his fake lawyers to define fundamental right under the 1999 constitution 35(1) which says that every person shall be entitled to his personal liberty and no person be deprived of such liberty save in the following cases and in accordance with the following procedures permitted by law. Biafra agitators has such right and nobody can deprive us of such right for self determination and freedom against association is non negotiable”.
“American government are wise and cannot be intimidated by these faceless, sponsored agents of Nigerian government because America believes in respect for human right and dignity. America believes in self determination, you cannot beat a child and at the same time stop him from crying. Ndigbo has been killed, marginalized and at the same time you want to stop us from agitating for our right for self determination”.
Also MASSOB also condemn the attack on the President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Dr. Nnia Nwodo by VON D.G MR Osita Okechukwu. MASSOB will not sit and watch people like Osita Okechukwu insult Igbo leaders. Mr Okechukwu who prefer to be a servant should go ahead and serve Buhari and his APC”.
“A hungry man and a slave will always do what his master ask him to do. We Ndigbo knows that Osita Okechukwu is just a pupet whom President Buhari wants to use to divide Ndigbo but it cannot work. Hundreds of Osita Okechukwu is not March with one Nnia Nwodo. Mr. Osita Okechukwu want to destroy his future and that of his children because of his immediate needs”.
MASSOB and Ndigbo reaffirm our full support for Dr. Nnia Nwodo and his leadership style. He is a man who identified with his people likeMoses of old but since Okechukwu chose to serve the Hausa/Fulani at the expense of his people, he should go ahead but not involve himself in any Igbo issues.He said that some South-west faction coasting home with foreign investors to their region” Samuel stated.
