The unholy relationship between the Delta State Governor, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and the member representing Oshimili/Aniocha Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Evang. Mrs Onyeamechi Mrakpor is said to be the reason the former cannot lose the clutch of the latter off his life.
A source who pleaded anonymity said unless Okowa would learn to do away with Mrapkor, he cannot take decision that would better his life.
The source said, “Mrakpor is the problem of Okowa, she manipulates the governor to doing what he will ordinarily not do as a person”.
According to the source, the office of the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney-General of the state given to her husband whom the source described as a complete gentleman was made possible through the manipulation of the House of Rep member.
“You see, Okowa can be easily manipulated to do your bidding. Once you keep disturbing him on a matter, he will do it for you. If you keep going to him today, tomorrow and continuously, he will do that thing you are requesting of him. That is the edge Mrakpor has over Okowa”.
Meanwhile, investigation revealed that Peter Mrakpor, the husband of Okowa’s manipulator is being cooked for 2019 governorship race to scuttle the chances of the urhobos, while the wife is also being prepared to wrestle power from Nwaoboshi come 2019.
