As state governments in Nigeria continue to explore ways of widening their sources of revenue generation and reduce over reliance on monthly allocations federation accounts, the Sudanese ambassador to Nigeria, Ambassador Ibrahim Bushra Mohammed Ali, has reechoed the need for Bauchi to continue “mutual relationship” between the State and Sudan.
In a letter written to His Excellency and personally signed the Ambassador who spent 5 days visit in the State at the Yankari Game Reserve commended the governor for initiating projects that will put the State on the path of sustainable development.
“My stay was splendid without any regret, and we have been impressed by the remarkable achievements in the State under your visionary, transparent, exemplary and people-oriented leadership, which is in tune with the Democratic principles and good governance practices,” Ambassador Ibrahim Bushra Mohammed Ali said.
The Ambassador thanked the governor and people of the State for the warm reception he and his family received in the State, saying “our sincere and profound gratitude for the courtesy and warm hospitality accorded to me during my visit to your state and the wonderful city of Bauchi.”
