The owner of the office apartment housing the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission (DSIEC) an agency of the Delta State government saddled with the responsibility of conducting local government election has given a notice to quit or takes legal action against the government for inability to pay its rent.

The compound with three buildings is housing the administrative, legal, finance departments; it also houses the Chairman of the commission, Mr. Moses Ogbe and the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the agency, one Alero.

The landlord of the property has sealed up the place today while the staff were left handicap as some staff came around popular posts in Asaba to do their duties.
