The shooting occurred at minutes after 4pm.
According to the information received, the Centre remains under siege by the Nigerian Army.
No information is available about the casualties. But it is believe many were injured and some were killed.
According to an eyewitness, “they come furiously and start shooting the people near the places, while the sheikh zakzaky supporters began calling ‘ya mahadi‘”.
