The gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in
Adamawa State Malam Nuhu Ribadu says if elected he will strive at
restoring the dignity of the people of Adamawa State.
According to the aspirant, both himself and the people will work
jointly to fully participate in the restoration of their lives.

Malam Nuhu Ribadu was speaking to members of the Correspondents
chapel at his home, Yola Friday.
The former EFCC Boss believes the restoration of the dignity of his
people was paramount since they have suffered in one way or the other.
“You see, I also want to tell you people of my plans to encourage
community participation in government,” he stressed.
Malam Nuhu noted that one of his priority is to bring peace and
security in and make things go as they should.
He assured all that he will never change if he takes over government
but will do his utmost best to develop the state by providing
infrastructures such as roads, fixing of public schools among others
to achieve the desired result.
“When I come, I will do what is right and the resources to be used
for the people of Adamawa State will be judiciously used” he pointed
out.
According to the former crime fighter, these will be no diversion of
funds as whatever money comes, it shall be used strictly for what they
are meant for.
On his impression about the Friday rally where President Goodluck
Jonathan and the high delegation of party members came for, the PDP
candidate described it as a great day and one of the biggest rallies
that ever took place in the state.
He also praised the lifting of suspension on former national chairman
of the party Alhaji Bamanga Tukur saying; it was a great union of the
family”
He also said since his emergence as the PDP primaries he has been
reaching out to the stakeholders and believes the family is becoming
one big family.
