the citizenry especially the law abiding citizens that the ban would
affect.

Nigerian Army have also stressed on the ban on Keke Napep, trolleys
and wheel barrows from the 24th December till the 27th of December
2014.
Both statements signed by captain Nuhu Ja’afaru for the Brigade

the action of the government is compounding the plight of the ordinary
citizens who are finding it difficult to cope with life since the
emergence of the present administration.
He described the ban as an attempt to worsen the insecurity problem in
the state by keeping the youths, who constitute 90% of Keke NAPEP
Operation out of job.
