Boko Haram sect members are currently sneaking into Maiduguri, the Borno state capital in Northeastern Nigeria, Usman Buba, a villager visiting the city, has confirmed.
Mr. Buba, who spoke exclusively to 247ureports.com in Maiduguri said: “Boko Haram sect members now make their way back into Maiduguri.
“Many of Boko Haram fighters are just here, not far; they are just in the outskirts of Maiduguri, along Maiduguri-Damboa road.
Asked how does he know, Mr. Buba simply told 247ureports.com correspondent that: “You know, I am coming from a village on your way to Damboa town, I live there with members of my family alongside our cuttle. They (Boko Haram) come to pass by through my village often and often, and they sometimes stop and tell us that we shouldn’t panic as they have no business with us.
“Later on, if I come to Maiduguri I still see some of those faces of Boko Haram members. But not in their kaki, neither they were carrying guns nor were they in combat mood as I see them in my village.
Mr. Buba was still asked by our correspondent that how do Boko Haram members make their way into Maiduguri, the village guy simply said: “Boko Haram are just sneaking into the city. Since, they enter as armless individuals, so they easily disguise as villagers like us.
