Information reaching 247ureports.com indicates that the embattled national chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance [APGA] has been declared the authentic chairman of the party. According to the judgement, Victor Umeh remains the authentic chairman of the APGA.
Maxi Okwu was declared the loser.
The declaration was made at about 10am June 18, 2014 at an Abuja Appeals court.
