Information reaching 247ureports.com indicate that the ousted Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] chairman, Malam Bamanga Tukur may have been tapped by the President of the federal republic of Nigeria to head the Nigeria Railway Corporation.
Bamanga Tukur had recently been push out of the PDP top seat by the presidency – amidst denials from Bamanga Tukur that he had resigned from the seat of chairmanship. It took President Jonathan’s public announcement that Bamanga Tukur’s resignation to quiet the confusion surrounding the ‘sack’ of Tukur from the seat of Chairman.
His recent appointment is believed to be a settlement.
