We note your past services to the party in your capacity as National
Chairman since 2004. Pursuant to the Judgement in Suit No: FHC/
ABJ/CS/563/2013 between Chief Maxi Okwu and four others and Chief
Victor Umeh, Alhaji Sani Shinkafi and INEC where you were the first
Defendant, we have commenced the process of formally taking over the
affairs of our great party.
To this end therefore, we request from you a comprehensive handover
note which should include:
1. A comprehensive inventory of Party assets nationwide
particularly at the National Secretariat.
2. A balance sheet duly audited by a certified Auditor
Please oblige by delivering to us the said handover note at the above
address within one week of the receipt of this letter.
