With the nightmare surrounding the Abuja-assaited electoral heist in Anambra State gladly over, the coast is now clear for voters in Anambra State to reclaim their legitimate right to choose their governor.
Since those who unjustly claim victory are not affording the luxury of even mere celebration, we whose right is lost cannot afford to slumber, let alone sleep.
This is therefore a thank –you statement from our campaign to Ndi Anambra for being exceptionally perceptive and understanding the re-colonisation plan facing them now.
We thank those few supporters of Senator Dr Chris Ngige who were allowed to vote for voting overwhelmingly for him and standing solidly behind him unwavereid in all issue thrown up after November 16, 2013.
We encourage the majority that have been disenfranchised never to entertain any fear that there right will be lost, except, their country will also be lost.
Every Anambra State voter, irrespective of background, class or creed shall have the right, subject to wilful refusal to vote. And so shall it be.
We thank those who supported us with prayers and voted with their feet and mind.
We thank over 1,100 persons and organisations who composed different kinds of music to back up our effective campaign and pushed them into various corners of the state and the media. We thank the over 3000 organisations and individuals tat donated campaign materials to the unanimous winner in all credible polls before and after November 16, 2013. We thank those who spontaneously rose in our defence when our campaign posters, billboards and other materials were wilfully destroyed. We thank the disabled , who while needing all help in the world, rejected money and ,materials possessions coming as Greek gifts in the eleventh hour to queue up behind the candidature of Senator Chris Ngige.
We thank those who play one role or another in the campaign for their efforts so far and urge them to recharge the spirit for the greater task ahead.
We are grateful to the masses of Anambra State who braced all odds to donate their money and devote their time to a victory they deserve on our platform which will come to them in instalments but must sure to come.
We thank the officer and men of the Nigerian Police Force and other security agencies who offered to the patriotic against the tide of abuse and urge them to see their political career beyond d the antics of a few political players who are only there at the moment.
We thank all who in one way was connected to the campaign an our large success that has not been allowed to manifest openly, and urge them not to fall prey to any induced analysis based on baseless figures contrived in the valley of power abuse and corruption, but rather to hold their heads high awaiting real victory.
To those who are being used to foist a fait acccompli against the right and wish of Anambra State to choose their leaders, and who are thinking of forming an illegitimate government, we urge caution and the realisation that power by its nature is transient.
To all our supporters and sympathisers we urge them to remain calm as the details of the next phase of the struggle for good governance in Anambra State which begins from allowing the people of Anambra State to vote and, and for their vote to count.
Thank you all
