He said that “Ubah’s entry into the campaign changed things from what they used to be in Anambra politics and that his entry into the Awka Government House will be like a breath of fresh air in the state as the business concept will be introduced and it will no longer be politics as usual”.

While recalling the activities of PFN in the State so far in areas of establishment of hospitals, schools etc, the revered Bishop further praised Dr Ifeanyi Ubah for overcoming the challenges that have dogged his way, and urged him not to abandon the people that will vote him into power.

In another development, a Labour Party stalwart, Elder Felix Onuorah, while welcoming the Labour Party governorship candidate to the rally at Awka described him as the messiah the State needs at this critical time and assured him of the people’s total support for his governorship aspiration.

The Labour Party governorship candidate Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah while addressing the huge crowd, assured the people of his readiness to serve them selflessly and unite Anambra to tackle and overcome the challenges facing the state, and banish the era of poor governance they have experienced in the past.

As an instance, Ubah condemn the deplorable condition of Awka, the State capital and declared his intention to build Awka into a modern city and address the insecurity issues facing “our people through communication networking of our cities and towns; to support business growth and build industries to fight unemployment and keep our youths engaged”.
