To this end, he has set up a Special Evaluation Committee to determine how people carried out their duties, managed the campaign resources in their care, worked seamlessly with others, and to identify those who excelled in their duties or were creative in meeting unforeseen challenges. Ubah asked members of the Committee to take the work most seriously as those identified as star materials will have their names and contacts stored as they may be needed for future assignments. He also promised to readily give referrals to such people to meet various needs.”
