“The crisis rocking the PDP is a Nigerian crisis not purely democracy it
is the most dangerous threat if care is not taken – to the
political system” stated Governor Lamido of Jigawa State while receiving General Abdulsalam Abubakar at the government house in Dutse.
He stated that Bamanga Tukur is political virus to Nigerian politics – describing Bamanga as tsunami of Nigeria.
“We are doing our best to save the country, I and
bola tinubu, fashola, are working to save the country – but moving
in to APC does not mean anything to fight the PDP but we want to save
the country from the political danger of Bamanga virus”.
In his response, Abdulsalami Abubakar commended governor Lamido for the
development he achieve in the short period as governor of the state
– describing Lamido’s administration as government that put its people
first in mind.
Abdulsalami advised the people to avoid violence and at the same time urged them
to desist from taking law into their hands. He explained that Lamido has
brought serious change in the state and urged Nigerians to pray for the
country saying that Nigeria needs a serious prayer because of its
serious pressure.
In his contribution, the emir of Dutse said in the last six years in
Jigawa, there was no sign of development in this state.
Also the chief registrar of the higher court, Alhaji musa ubale said the
judicial complex which was commission by Abdulsalam is one of the
modern structure in the country. The complex was built within
the period of 17 month by the present administration of Governor Sule
Lamido.
The complex was completed at a total cost of
N2.56billion naira. He commended the state government for making the
judicial sector to be functional – explaining that with the coming of
Lamido administration, the judicial sector has improved the welfare of
its staff and salary of all the judicial staff in the state.
Apart of the developmental project accorded by the judicial sector in
the state no fewer than 800 staff of the judicial sector received
training at different categories in the state. He charge the staff of
the commission and all members.
