Amaechi ready to battle Rivers police

There is an indication that the Rivers state governor, Rt Hon. Chibuike Amaechi is ready to battle with the police force in Rivers state as 2015 election draw nearer.
Speaking during the All Prograssive Congress visit in Port Harcourt, the governor told his supporters who are Rivers people to start preparing for the police so they could be able to protect their wall since his opponent are desperate to hire the Rivers state Commissioner of Police, Mbu Joseph Mbu as their political wing.
The governor reacted following a blockade set up by the Rivers state police on the road leading to the airport when him and his supporters where in large numbers trooping to receive the members of the APC, the blockade was five kilometers  to the Port Harcourt International Airport, Omagwu.
As he continue to react, governor Amaechi asked his supporters to be courageous because they would embark on house to house campign.
Lambasting this opponents, he accused them of being corrupt as some of them who contracts were awarded to, when serving in this present administration did not complete their contracts.
In his continuation, he said: “The politics of stomach is what is disturbing them, I called them thieve”. Amaechi also declared readiness to debate whenever his opponents are ready for debate.
However, issue of All Progressive Congress membership, the governor said since President Goodluck Jonathan hails from the south-south zone which make his own case peculiar among the seven Governors he would consult the leaders, President Jonathan including all consumable before concluding his membership in APC.
Governor Amaechi maintained that they would continue to test their strength and if perhaps there is change APC next visit will be hosted in new stadium which has forty thousand capacity.
Meanwhile he explained that his opponents are accusing  him of not running inclusive government.
Extolling governor Amaechi leadership, Leader of All Progressive Congress, General Muhammedu Buhari said they were in the state to seek understanding, expressing the need for Nigerians to come together for better future because according to him he said Nigeria has the capacity for development.
General Buhari narrated that  oppositions parties aligning together is to save the country from miss governance.
He was optimistic that 2015 election would be a great hard work for Nigeria.
Also in his words, former governor of Lagos state, Bola-Ahmed Tinubu confirmed their visitation in Rivers state, describing governor Amaechi as a visionary leader.
Appealing to Amaechi supporters to join APC,Tinubu said the Party will create employment, acquisition skills.
In  a brief interview with journalists, Tinubu said Nigerians would allowed  PDP to rule for several years only if they like their employment mood, dilapidated hospitals.
In terim chairman of All Progressive Congress, Bisi Akunde implore Amaechi supporters to join the party with governor Amaechi when decamping.
At the event chairmen of the Twenty-Three local government areas in Rivers State, Pro-Amaechi lawmakers in the National Assembly including the Twenty- Seven lawmakers in Rivers State House of Assembly came out in groups to display their solidarity supports.
