Malam Isah Kaliya of kofar fada quaters of gumel local government area will be arraigned in sharia court for illegal abduction and camping of a 27 years old women Malama Barira Muhammed of yantanoma quaters in Gumel local government for over 8years in unidentified place without the consent of her parents.
The suspect was arrested by Jigawa civil defense corps for having illegal sexual intercourse for more than 1700 times with her which led to illegal pregnancies and forceful abortions. She managed to deliver two children – for the Malam out of wedlock.
He abandoned her with the two babies.
Malama Marira Muhammed was 27years old and was a virgin before she was abducted and camped by the suspect – a crime punishable under illegal sexual intercourse, illegal custody of innocent women, illegal captivity, illegal abortion, lives destroyed – which is contrary to sharia laws
