Embattled APC governorship aspirant, Chief Godwin Ezeemo, whose chances have been dimmed by the endorsement of Senator Dr Chris Ngige has received a lifeline of N3billion from Governor Peter Obi with a promise to get more if he can stop Ngige from APC governorship ticket by hook or crook.
The development followed the massive endorsement of Ngige as the man who can clinch the governorship ticket on the plat form of APC.
But in a meeting yesterday held with a close associate of Gov. Obi, in the presence of a disqualified APGA Governorship Aspirants as well as an aide to the Governor in Anambra State liaison Office in Abuja, the governor assured that money would not be a problem.
This is not the first time Ezeemo would be getting huge sum from Governor Obi. Indeed it is believed that Obi was the one who invited 66-year Ezeemo from London, where he is said to have some criminal records and asked him to penetrate the structure of the then ACN.
To make his landing easier and familiarise him with the Anambra public, Obi gave him cash to erect part of the Nigerian Union of Journalist Secretariat in his name and also bank-rolled a seminar organised by the aspirant from Umuchu in Paktonia hotels, fingered as the hotel that hosts all activities of Anambra State government. However, recently Obi got too busy with the headaches from his own party and the original plan drifted raising tension between the two as Ezeemo drifted, acting without consultation.
Obi who was originally angry that Ezeemo could not conceal the fact that he was an ex-convict, was persuaded to continue financing the farmer from Umuchu ,whose close associates insists does not have the kind of money he is putting into the campaign.
In fact virtually every writer in the Anambra State government newspaper, National Light also writes for the newspaper set up in Ezeemo’s name-Orient daily, even when it is published on two days of every week.
Online newspapers and social media are already awash with Ezeemo’s conviction in London and indications are that a certified true copy of the judgment that convicted Ezeeemo has been obtained by a PDP stalwart in the state ,ready to the unleash it on the aspirant any moment from now.

I know that Ezeemo or Ezeimo has been acting as paid agent whose primary aim was to destablize Ngige, hiring percieved Ngige enemies and those sacked by Ngige including one Agbalanze who diverted and could not account for millions of Nara given to him to pay ACN agents during tha last gubernatorial election. I doubt if Okwute will give Ezeemo the amount stated, but I know that he will do anything to stop Ngige. God gives power

BUT HIS GENUINE FRIENDS ARE PROUD OF HIM THAT HE HAS MADE A DIFFERENCE IN GOVERNANCE.
YOU CAN MEET PETER ANYWHERE INCLUDING THE AIRPORTS.

For me Ezemo is a serious minded person also. Yes peter will wish him to fight Ngige and will also offer / promise money.

They have no option than to obey big oga on top(GEJ) and GEJ has no option than to obey his Godfather OBJ and the godfathers choice is our dear gentleman from UGA. I am not surprised at what happen to soldo-solution. He made a big mistake by joining APGA (APGA-PDP). He should have joined UPP or even APC istead of leaving PDP to Join APGA-PDP. I am certain that Peter obi May not give anybody such huge amount for nothing. But i am mor certain that for political gains, peter obi can sell anambra to be a governor or install a governor.
That he is prudent is limited to to who and purpose for which the money is being spent. Ask those who were part of his second term bid. Peter na ama nku na politics.
