The renown armed robbery hunter who is working with Nigerian police to fight robbery in Nigeria, Alhaji Ali kwara Azare in collaboration of Jigawa police command have gun down one suspect and recovered 8 short ammunition and 136 ammunition for AK47 during a raid operation yesterday.
This was disclosed by Alhaji Ali kwara in an interview with news men in Dutse shortly after parading the suspect at the state news secretariat in Dutse.
He stated further that the suspects were reported to have snatched a car from Abuja with a view to commit robbery. The suspects were nabbed by Ali kwara team patrol along kiyawa azare road before they achieved their planned objective. Ali Kwaraโs team shut down one of the armed robbers while three others ran away and one person sustained serious injury.
According to kwara, the robbers who planned to rob residents of Jigawa were arrested around 2.00hours of yesterday night – and the stolen Toyota Camry with registration number AH243ABJ was recovered from the suspects.
