Information reaching 247ureports.com indicates that the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] has made an about turn over its recent announcement of the suspension of the Governor of Sokoto State, Malam Wamako.
According to the information received, the change of mind came about through appeals of the PDP Governors’ Forum led by the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Chief Godswill Akpabio. It was gathered that the PDP men close to the President – acted to avert the growing strength of the opposition within the party – aided by the quest for 2015 presidential ticket.
