The Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) tearfully announces the
transition of Zulai Buhari, the first daughter of our National leader,
General Muhammadu Buhari. She was a graduate of Economics from the
prestigious Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) and was, until her untimely
death, a staff member of Nigerian Raw Materials Research Development
in Kaduna.
Indeed, complications resulting from child birth resulted in her
death. She would have been 41 years old on 5th December, 2012 but for
the death which took place on Thursday, 29th November, 2012.
Our sincere condolences go to the family and friends, especially the
close relations and the entire CPC family on this very tragic loss.
Indeed, this must be very difficult season for the Buhari family and
it is our Prayer that Allah will comfort them. We pray very sincerely
for grace for General Muhammadu Buhari to bear this irreparable loss.
She was buried same day according to Islamic rites, and we pray Allah
to grant her Aljannah Firdausi.
