Less than twenty four hours after the Ezinano village in Awka placed a N10 million bounty on the head of the suspected cultists that killed seventeen persons in Awka and Nibo Anambra State the death toll has increased to twenty following the killing of three brothers from the same mother by a cult group.

The latest victim, Nonso, was killed in broad daylight near Amaku Teaching Hospital.

According to a close family source, Nonso’s killing was linked to the murder of his younger brother, Buchi, three months ago near Mac Don Eatery.

Their eldest brother had also met a brutal end in a previous attack, leaving their mother without any surviving children.
