President Buhari Short Of Words, Sympathized With Bauchi People

‎The President Federal Republic of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari has disclosed that he is short of words over the downpour that left many people dead, destroyed houses and the Azare central market that was also gutted by fire.

President Buhari yesterday while commiserate and sympathise with victims of the rainstorm‎ in Bauchi, said he was shocked at the level of the destruction and the unfortunate damages cause by the storm and the fire.

He described the two disaster as natural disaster sent by God and as human we should accept it with good faith.

He said “Iam short of words, I have listen carefully by the remarks made by the Emir of Bauchi and Governor Abubakar over the two disaster”.

The president added he had to cut short his schedules and visit Bauchi to commiserate with the victims of rainstorm and inferno in Azare local government of Bauchi state

He said,  “only God can refund all that was lost by the victims in the two tragedy.‎ My visit to Bauchi has clearly justified my honest concern to the people of the state especially the victims of the rainstorm”.

‎In his remarks earlier, Governor Abubakar and Emir of Bauhi Alhaji Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu expresses delight over the president visit

“The Saturday thunderstorm as a disaster that claims life’s and properties indeed, the people of the state have experienced the impact of the climate change in a devastating manner. The extent of the destructions is unprecedented in our state given the figure been circulated do not captured the full strength of the catastrophic in Bauchi state thousands of families have now became internally displaced”.

According to them the president visit shows serious concern for Bauchi people especially in a trying moment like this pointing out that the two incident are natural calamities
