The purported report that Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister for Justice, Abubakar Malami, has asked the National Judicial Council (NJC) and the Inspector-General of Police (Police IG) to investigate the Chief Judge of Enugu State, Justice I.A. Umezulike, for alleged misconduct and forgery is not unconnected with the warrant of arrest against Mr. Peter Nwabunike Eze over the allegation of his forgery of Late Mr. Anosike Paul Chidebe lloabachie’s last WILL or CODICIL.

Investigations revealed that Justice Umezulike did not forge any judgment or rewrite the judgment of Justice P. K. Nwokedi as being bandied in the media.
It was gathered that Justice P.K. Nwokedi delivered a judgment in suit No. E/170/76 in June 1985. The case went to the court of Appeal and to the Supreme Court which finally concluded the case in 1997 by which time Justice P.K Nwokedi has retired from judicial service.
The victorious party at the Supreme Court now returned to Enugu for the execution of the judgment of the Supreme Court. Justice P.K Nwokedi having retired, it was the duty of the Chief Judge of Enugu State to sign the warrant of Execution of that judgment of P.K Nwokedi.
Justice P.K Nwokedi could not be recalled from retirement to sign the warrant of execution. It was obviously the duty of Justice I.A. Umezulike OFR as Chief Judge of Enugu State to sign the warrant of Execution. There is a constitutional obligation on all courts in Nigeria to enforce the judgment of the Supreme Court.
Investigation further revealed that the petitioner, Mr. Peter Nwabunike Eze started the campaign of calumny against the Enugu Chief Judge because of Warrant of Arrest Order, the CJ made against Mr. Eze for refusing to appear to be examined in respect of the testamentary paper of Late Mr. Anosike Paul Chidebe Iloabachie.
Mr. Eze was alleged to have forged Late Mr. Anosike Paul Chidebe lloabachie’s last WILL or CODICIL, which family members was contesting in suit No: E/159M/14 and Case was being Preside by the Chief Judge.

Checks shows that Mr. Peter Nwabunike Eze was summoned to attend Court to be examined in respect of the testamentary paper of Late Mr. Anosike Paul Chidebe Iloabachie through an (ex-parte) Order dated 3rd day of March 2015 but instead, he (Eze) though his counsel (Chris Aghanwa) approached the court to set outside the (ex-parte) Order which the court refused.
However, on 22nd of September, 2015, the presiding Judge, Justice I.A. Umezulike issued warrant of arrest, directing the state Commissioner of Police to produce Mr. Peter Nwabunike Eze before the Court for purposes of being examined in connection with the Last WILL of Late Mr. Anosike Paul Chidebe Iloabachie.
It was reliably gathered that Eze embarked on the blackmail of the CJ to divert attention of his alleged forgery of Last Will of Late Anosike Iloabachie which was believed to have been written and smuggled to the Probate Registry after his death.
The order in suit No. E/159M/14 is hereby replicated:
In Suit No. E/159M/14 between;
