Loading ...Ahead of this Saturday’s Governorship and State House of Assembly elections in Enugu State, a frontline socio-political pressure group known as Enugu Youth Coalition has advised Ndi-Enugu not to waste their votes for any opposition candidate in the coming elections.
In a pre-election statement released to newsmen in Abuja and signed by it’s national coordinator, Dr. Edwin Obune, the coalition noted that a vote for Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi is a vote for good governance, servant leadership, purposeful, peaceful and integrated development of the state which the people cannot afford to loose at this defining moment.
The group further warned that gambling with an untested political green-horn could be dangerous to the overall peace and development of the state.
Hence, there is the need for continuity in the state so that many ongoing projects could be completed without the issue of abandoned projects in the state anymore.
In lieu of the foregoing, we call on Ndi-Enugu to come out enmasse to cast their votes for PDP in their usual orderly and peaceful manner reflective of the character and personality of the governor.
Since it started in praise, God’s willing, it shall end in praise to the glory of God because Enugu State is in the Hands of God.
