The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) presidential candidate, Gen Gbor has assured Nigerians especially the electorates who are to vote in the Feb 16,2019 elections that the party and her candidates are here to make the difference in the polity.
Speaking at the presidential flag off campaign in Awka yesterday, the APGA standard bearer urged Nigerians to believe and trust him and his party for their welfare, peace, unity and economic emancipation.

Also the Anambra South Senatorial candidate of the party, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu popularly known as Ikukuoma (Wind of Glory) said Nigerians have tried the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) and now the All Progressives Congress(APC) and found out both parties cannot take the nation to the promised land.

He therefore called for overhaul of the status quo and rusher in APGA as the only alternative vessel to redeem the nation’s pains, transform the lifestyle of present despair .

Ukachukwu emphasized that “the aim, plans and programs of our party down the line is to transform the welfare of Nigerians for the better.

“I urge voters in the seven councils of Nnewi South, Nnewi North, Ekwusigo, Ihiala, Aguata, Orumba North and Orumba South that constitute my Senatorial zone to vote APGA enmasse in all the elections.

“I want to change the pattern of how we have seen things go in the zone while our mandate was hijacked by the APC and PDP all these while.”

His Anambra Central Senatorial candidate colleague- Chief Victor Umeh while wishing away what he saw as mere lip service to the issue of restructuring the polity and other aspects of the national life, stated that “anyone we will support must tell us where they stand on the political restructuring of the nation and the fiscal federalism.
Gov Willie Obiano urged voters and the supporters of the party to vote massively for APGA just as they did it during his governorship reelection poll in 2017.

The national chairman of the party Victor Oye said the party’s flagship focus remain infrastructure and security just as Obiano has shown in Anambra state.

A members of the House of Representatives  -Chief Dozie Nwankwo noted that APGA has transformed the state, hence will like more support to ensure the many dividends of democracy would permeate every hamlet of the nation through APGA.

Dignitaries including the party’s governorship candidate in Zamfara State, Alh Umaru Sanni Shinkafi, that of Abia State- Alex Otti; that of Imo state-Sen Ifeanyi Ararume and their counterpart in Benue state and others were in attendance.
