The party chairman Alh Haddy Ametuo in a statement signed by his media consultant Akwu Umar Goodman and release to the press, want the governor to immediately disclose the amount given to kogi and explain how he intends to distribute it amongst the two tiers of government that are suffering from non Payment of salaries without cogent reasons.

Haddy said gone where the days when public funds are not been accounted for by political office holders, adding that the present regime under the leadership of president Muhammadu Buhari calls for total transparency and accountability.

According to the statement, “the intervention fund was meant to settle bag log of salary arrears owed workers and kogi as one of the eleven states who cannot pay civil servant salaries was a beneficiary of president Buhais gesture done to alleviate the plight of the suffering civil servants who re subjected to hardship because of the ineptitudes of Jonathan’s led pdp administration that was sacked by Nigerians in the march 2015 presidential election.

“Up till now kogi indigenes are yet to know their share of the largess after all others have since disclosed theirs and have stated paying workers.

“Any attempt to divert the money to another use ll amount to misappropriation of funds and APC shall resist it, as the name implies “Bale out” the money should be use to pay workers salaries especially local govt workers in the state who re been owed salary arrears for over 23 months to bring to and end the half and quarter salary syndrome in the state.”

The chairman observed that productivity depends on workers warfare, there is no how a worker can put in his/her best on an empty stomach, hence the theory of needs, workers must be adequately catered for first with full benefits and incentives before employers can expects absolute productivity
In kogi state, especially the local govt workers where salary is now a mirage, what should one expect from the starved and deprived workers?

The only way out is to vote for change and the only hope for the people is APC, if an APC president should have workers in mind just like president Buhari has demonstrated, why voting for another party again, is it for continuation debt amidst corruption?”

He urged kogi workers to vote massively for APC come Nov 21st governorship election in the state just like they did in the presidential and National Assembly elections to pave way for PDP exit “and bring to an end the dark erra of hunger and starvation, PDP is a poverty creating party that must be voted out, vote for a humane party which is APC he concludes”
