Buhari-and-Tinubu-at-APC-Summit

The National Deputy Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Prince Uche Secondus has revealed what he said were clandestine moves by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Director General of the Buhari Campaign Organization, Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi to destabilize the nation and derail the 2015 general elections.

The plan to cause chaos by the APC according to the PDP National Deputy Chairman while speaking at the grand finale of the PDP Governorship Rally at Obio Akpor Local Government Area, Rivers State on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 was hatched because the APC knew very well that the PDP would win the 2015 General Elections.

Prince Secondus at the rally, revealed how the APC plans to execute its inglorious agenda.  The ‘Total Chair’ as he is fondly called had previously exposed similar destabilization plots that had been hatched by the APC at the Port Harcourt Local Government Area Governorship Rally held the previous day.

According to Prince Secondus, the APC plans to recruit a Private Army, which would include the dreaded Boko Haram Sect with a view to using themto rig the elections, mainly in the North Eastern part of the country.

He also disclosed that the Gov. Rotimi Amaechi has imported a large consignment of army and police uniforms also for the general elections.

Giving insight into other ways which the APC plans to derail the government of President Goodluck Jonathan, Secondus said the first of these was to create panic in the minds of Nigerians to scare them from coming out to perform their civic responsibility on the scheduled dates for the elections.

According to him, the APC, knowing that it does not have the structure to win the 2015 general elections has embarked on campaign of calumny against the Presidency and the military following the shift in the election date by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

“APC is sponsoring frightening captions in the media, threatening wars and bloodshed, particularly in some parts of the nation just to frighten Nigerians” he said.

APC’s second modus operandi, according to the PDP National Deputy Chairman is the allegation by Governor Amaechi that pastors were given N6 billion to pray for the President and PDP.

Secondus said Amaechi’s intention was to create confusion among the Christians and spread suspicion and distrust in the church.  He described the development as the height of evil and a satanic agenda targeted against the church and Nigeria.

Other evil schemes by the APC according to Secondus, include an attempt by the party to bribe the nation’s security forces aimed at causing disharmony in their hierarchy.

Prince Secondus described the moves as unnecessary and an indication that the APC was not ready for the elections, calling on Rivers people to reject the party and vote for the PDP which means well for Nigerians.

Secondus also commented on the refusal of General Muhammadu Buhari to have a public   debate with President Goodluck Jonathan, saying that the essence of the exercise was to determine what the two Presidential candidates have to offer Nigerians.
