    Gov. Okorocha,
Posterity in Orlu must never forgive you if for the interest of Rochas Foundation University in Ogboko Gov.Okorocha refuses to locate a public university in Orlu.
The first thing Orlu begged Okorocha when he assumed office as governor was a university facility. Now Okorocha is hanging a school of health technology on Orlu-s neck. Who needs that in Orlu? Is that in lieu of a needed university in 12 Local govts in Orlu. Note, your proposed Rochas Foundation University shall only be a complement to a public university in Orlu.
Posterity in Orlu is watching you.
